All products that are sold by Appliance Outlet Inc. are covered by a warranty. Most of the appliances we sell will still have a manufacturer's warranty intact. If there is no manufacturer's warranty, we will cover the appliance with our own 12-month warranty. We use only factory authorized parts and professional technicians for any service calls.

Anytime you purchase from Appliance Outlet Inc, you receive our easy return policy. Returns can be made on appliance within 30 days of purchase. If a defect or malfunction happens with the appliance, you must allow us one service call to fix the problem before receiving a return. Items can be returned to the store or shipped in at your cost. A 20% restocking fee is applied if the return is not due to malfunctioning parts or functional issues.
